We are seeking experienced Data Architect with expertise in modern data warehousing.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end design and strategic development of complex data warehouse and data platform architectures; selection of the appropriate technology stack
- Design and implementation of data models and data warehouses, data marts, datalakes
- Planning ETL processes, performing data transformations, data acquisition methods for both structured and unstructured data
- Delivering analytical insights and reports
- Performing design, development, and consulting tasks across projects
- Continuously monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovations; facilitating knowledge sharing at the organizational level
- Defining data warehouse design and development standards and methodologies; leading innovation initiatives; providing professional guidance for the adoption of new technologies
- Supporting BI developers and data engineering teams through professional mentoring; driving innovation and quality improvements at the organizational level
- Establishing data standards, governance policies, and quality frameworks
You are the perfect candidate if you have…
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Architect, with a strong focus on modern data platform and enterprise data warehouse architecture, including Big Data solutions
- Extensive experience designing Azure-based data platforms and BI/DWH architectures, with hands-on expertise in Databricks
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture on Microsoft SQL Server
- Advanced SQL skills with a focus on data modeling, performance optimization, and architectural design
- Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to align architecture with iterative delivery models
- Higher education degree in IT, computer science, or a related business field
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectural solutions
- Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment from an architectural perspective
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English
