We’re looking for a passionate AI builder to design and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions. You’ll work on AI agents, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and “chat with your data” systems across modern data platforms and applications. Experience with BI platforms is a plus.

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of professional software or data engineering experience
- Strong Python skills; comfortable with REST APIs, async patterns,
and integrating third-party services - Strong SQL and data modeling skills
- Demonstrable hands-on experience building LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, chatbots, document understanding, or similar)
- Solid understanding of how LLMs work in practice: prompting, context windows, embeddings, vector stores, and the typical, failure modes of LLM-based systems.
- Curiosity and drive to experiment, learn, and build impactful solutions
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
- Advisory-oriented professional with strong pre-sales capabilities and demonstrated experience.
- Senior-level autonomy: you drive your own work from requirements, clarification through delivery, and support more junior colleagues where needed
What you’ll do:
- Design and build AI-driven workflows, agents, and applications
- Develop RAG pipelines, semantic search, and conversational AI solutions on enterprise data
- Connect AI systems to data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory) and business applications
- Work with structured and unstructured data to enable intelligent insights and automation
- Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to turn business needs into AI solutions
- Provide advisory support throughout the pre-sales process, applying proven experience to shape and position solutions effectively
