About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior colleague to join our Docuflow team, who is eager to learn about the world of software testing and application support.

Docuflow is our own AI-powered tool that helps you quickly find and manage information in company documents through a simple, chat-based interface. It automatically processes documents, improves search results, and understands things like references, tables, and headings—making your work faster and more efficient.

We’re looking for a Junior QA Tester who’s curious, detail-focused, because in this role, you’ll help us make sure everything works just the way it should — before our users even notice. It’s all about making sure our solutions not only take off smoothly but also land without any issues.

Your Tasks

  • Manually testing our Docuflow application with a focus on its functionality
  • Writing clear and detailed test cases and bug reports
  • Reproducing, logging, and tracking bugs through to resolution
  • Reviewing user feedback and helping to resolve basic issues
  • Working closely with developers and the consulting team to improve product quality
  • Updating and maintaining user documentation as needed

What you'll need to be successful in this role

  • You’re detail-oriented, can work on your own, and enjoy figuring things out
  • You can explain things clearly – whether you’re writing or talking
  • You have a basic understanding of how web apps work and how to troubleshoot simple issues
  • Your English is at least intermediate.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in any kind of support role.
  • Tried out tools like Jira or TestRail.
  • Know a little SQL? That’s great!
  • Background in customer support or helpdesk.
  • Studied for ISTQB or have a certification.
