What are we looking for?
Abylon is seeking an experienced Developer to join our expanding backend team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of enterprise projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the .NET framework. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software solutions using team’s technical stack (e.g., .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET).
- Continuously improve system performance, ensuring scalability and adherence to performance benchmarks.
- Write unit and integration tests, debug code, and resolve issues within the codebase.
- Develop and manage microservices, handle inter-service communication, and implement robust error-handling mechanisms.
- Document system functionality and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive and proven experience in working with .NET framework and related technologies
- Proficiency in ASP.NET and expertise in working with the Entity Framework
- Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies
- Write clean and robust code
- Fluency in Hungarian language to effectively communicate with local stakeholders
- Intermediate English language knowledge
- Experience working with SQL Server databases
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Demonstrated track record of developing applications for enterprise clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Nice to have:
- Commercial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/React/Angular
- Unit testing experience
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Basic knowledge in Azure
