Data Analytics drives about 70% of our revenue. We have a strong, proven history for modern Data Lake house / data warehouse and advanced analytics solutions on Azure (Azure Synapse, Fabric, Databricks, Power BI / Power Platform) in multiple sectors (Energy, Utility, Bank, Transportation). Our Rapid FP&A product extends the capabilities of Microsoft with enterprise level financial planning and forecasting, which we believe can be major revenue stream for us in the future.

We are looking for a Senior/Medior Data Analyst/PowerBI Developer. In this role, you will translate complex data into visually compelling and insightful Power BI dashboards that drive business decisions. You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team of data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable business intelligence solutions.
Tasks:
- Power BI Development: Build and maintain visually engaging and responsive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Databricks Integration: Connect to and model data from Databricks (Delta Lake) and Azure Data Lake as a primary data source.
- Data Modeling: Design efficient, reusable data models tailored for performance and usability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers in building objects in Databricks.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business requirements into BI deliverables and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize report performance and query execution, especially with large datasets.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of BI logic, models, and workflows.
- Continuous Learning: Keep up with the latest features and capabilities in Power BI.
You are the perfect candidate if you have…
- 4-5+ years in Power BI development
- Up-to-date knowledge of Power BI features.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including CI/CD processes and the features available through Fabric F/XX capacity.
- Strong in DAX, Power Query (M)
- Proficient in data modeling and performance optimization
- Experience with integrating Power BI with large-scale data lakes and warehouse architectures.
- Strong SQL programming skills
- Experience in an agile environment
- Higher education degree in IT/business field
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and client-oriented approach
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication skills in English
After the HR round, you’ll have a technical interview. Following that you’ll receive a take-home assignment to assess your Power BI skills. Upon successful completion, the final step will be a conversation with management.
