We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who understands both business processes and technical implementation, acting as a bridge between business needs and IT development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the continuous development of a workflow-based system from both business and technical perspectives.
- Gathering and analysing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Preparing functional and technical documentation that addresses both business objectives and technical implementation.
- Developing solutions and proposals to meet business requirements.
- Collaborating closely with clients, developers, and the testing team.
- Managing and implementing changes during the project, aligning business and technological requirements.
- Participating in system testing and rollout processes.
- Conducting demos and training sessions related to system implementation.
Requirements:
- Higher education (a degree in IT, economics, or engineering is preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Knowledge of workflow-based systems and processes, including their technical background, is an advantage.
- Experience in understanding and analyzing business processes.
- Ability to connect processes with technical solutions, demonstrating strong business and technical acumen.
- Experience in various phases of the IT development lifecycle (design, development, testing).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Familiarity with process modelling tools.
- Analytical and process-oriented thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.
