We have high expertise in Microsoft’s data analytics and BI and AI products, hence many of our solutions are based on or tightly integrated with the relevant Microsoft products.
Abylon is a Certified Microsoft Solution partner in Data & AI and Digital & App innovation categories. In 2024 Abylon became an official Databricks Consulting partner.
Our dynamic growth was recently recognized when Abylon Consulting made it to the Financial Times’ annual list of Europe’s 1000 fastest growing companies for three years in a row (2022, 2023, 2024), as well as to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list in 2022.
Building on our proven track record of success in Hungary, we expanded our expertise and solutions to the UK market, establishing a subsidiary and opening our London office in March 2024.

Your responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and engage with potential clients to showcase our BI solutions, IT and consulting services, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their needs and requirements
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value proposition of our IT solutions and consulting services
- Manage the contracting process, including preparation, negotiation and tracking of agreements
- Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to understand industry trends, local competitor activities and client preferences
- Collaborate with developer teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs and challenges of clients in the UK market
- Close collaboration with Microsoft UK and Microsoft Partners on providing modern cloud-based solutions to enterprise customers
- Take an active role in expanding our professional network and promoting our brand in the UK market
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to the management team
Requirements
- Proven track record of 5+ years in account management, sales or business development roles, with a focus on corporate clients, within the UK market
- Experience in selling IT services and software products, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical solutions with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Familiarity with working with larger, strategically significant clients, showcasing the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of the sales process
- Excellent communication and networking skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
- A higher education degree, providing a solid foundation for understanding business requirements and industry trends
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for building lasting client relationships
- Willingness to travel in London area for client meetings
